Monstera Karstenianum Peru is native to Southern Mexico and Central America. They are easily recognisable by their dark deep veined leaves. They can be trained to be a climber if attached to a moss pole. Or treat yourself to our newly stocked decorative brass plant supports by Botanopia. A lovely plant with a big impact and gorgeous textured robust leaves. This is a really nice batch that display nice big leaves on long established trails that are already forming. If possible water from the bottom to encourage stronger deeper root system, using a saucer, once a week, and mist over the leaves every few days. It will enjoy bright but indirect sunlight. Take care not to expose to direct sunlight as leaves tend to burn. This particular plant will appreciate a higher humidity and they will enjoy the warmth in your home about 20 degrees C is ideal. All items are posted out via Hermes and we don’t charge extra for packaging costs. In-line with our sustainability policy we endeavour to use fully recyclable packaging where possible.
We will take great care packaging up your goods. If an item is unavailable we will ship separately. I shall notify you if this is ever the case.
If for any reason you should receive your plant/ plant goods in poor condition please send photographs upon discovery. We can open a dispute claim with you within 6 hours of the parcels notified as delivered that we receive from the courier. If for any reason your products arrive damaged from posting we will take up a dispute with the courier company and therefore require photographic proof from you of the errors at hand.
If you require your item for a specific date please do contact me to check when the estimated date of arrival could be to avoid ordering something that may not arrive in time.

Due to the perishable nature of our plants- we will package and post them out at times that are best for each plant to avoid in relation to the time and date your order is made. This will avoid un necessary time your plant is in transit. We will post out on days between Monday and Thursday avoiding the weekend and the likelihood they will spend extra time boxed and in the hands of the couriers.
Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to arrange a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods, such as flowers and plants, are exempt from being returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Should your refund be rejected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery back to you, which will be at your cost. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
