Pre-order your amazing amaryllis bulb, each one lovingly gift boxed and finished with hand tied ribbon. We have sourced our amaryllis from the same quality supplier for several years, ensuring beautifully large bulbs.Did you know waxed amaryllis bulbs require no pot and no water?! Amaryllis produce beautiful, boisterous flowers and are classic winter blooms. Place your bulb in a bright, warm spot and you can expect it to flower in approx. 6-12 weeks*.

Why pre-order your bulb?
1. We experienced extremely high demand for bulbs over the last several Christmases and always sell out! Help us manage this by ordering early and know that you’ve secured a fabulous botanical gift!
2. You will receive your waxed bulb nearer the festive season (we expect mid-December), meaning you won’t need to worry about caring for them in the interim.
3. As a thank you for pre-ordering, all waxed bulbs will be gift wrapped in a kraft paper box and finished with Midrib’s hand-tied ribbon. A printed care guide is included within each box.
Pre-order details
Please note this is a pre-order item, orders for waxed amaryllis bulbs will be fulfilled in mid-December. Should you require your bulb earlier, please get in contact but this cannot be guaranteed. Flower colour may vary from that illustrated and may range in tone from whites/pinks/reds. Bulbs may have sprouted a short tongue or stem upon purchase.
We ask you to select a colour grouping (either: 'Traditional', 'Modern' or 'Glitter'). You will receive a wax colour from within this group. If you have a colour preference, do add it to the notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate the colour request. You can also save a few pounds by allowing us to choose a surprise colour for you.
*We give an approximate sprouting time of 6-12 weeks. Please note, bulbs are living things and are therefore effected by both light and temperature - meaning we can only give you a growing guide. Waxed bulbs have their basal plates removed before being waxed, this forces the bulb to flower once. Refunds will not be given in the event of an early/late/or no flowering bulb, as this is part of the unpredictability of living things.

Delivery Policy
Every order is lovingly hand-packed and will include a printed care guide and thank you note. We can also add a message if your order is a gift.
* Sustainable packaging*
We use recyclable cardboard, brown paper, kraft tape and wood wool to pack our orders. We may also occasionally make use of recycled boxes and bubble wrap - but don't worry, our bubble is biodegradable!
* National Delivery * from £3.99
Please allow approx. 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. We usually dispatch Mon-Thurs to avoid weekend delays. We post parcels using Evri (the new Hermes) and will provide you with tracking details. We are unable to post FRAGILE or OUTSIZED plants, please check any restrictions on the item listing page. Upgrade to express delivery for £6.
* Local Delivery* £3.99
If you are local to Reading we will usually hand deliver your item(s). We will only make one hand delivery attempt and will leave your item at your door if you are unable to answer. Please note, any goods left at your property are your responsibility. Please allow approx. 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
* Collection * FREE
You are welcome to collect your order from store (RG1 1DN). Please allow approx 1-2 days for your click & collect order to be processed. We will hold your order in store for 7 days from the collection date.

Refund Policy
We are pleased to offer a full refund on unwanted items provided they are returned in a resalable condition, within 14 days of purchase. Please note, any returns will be at your own cost.
